GPX/FIT: Cycling: Add support for current gear

Hi, thanks for all the effort that has been put into this repository.
I wonder if anyone might be interested in adding overlay support for which gear the cyclist is using? This information is available in the .FIT / .GPX files for those of us that have Shimano Di2 (and possibly SRAM) electric shifting?

This should be fairly straightforward. I admit I dont have loads of time at the moment for this, but this might be quite easy.

I don't have a sample data file though. If you can share one with me at gopro-overlay@time4tea.net it would make it easier to test. All data is stored encrypted and won't be shared or put in the source code.

I only have a fit file example so that's what i added. The same would probably work for a GPX file, just need an example.

There is a sample of how to use in examples/layout/demo-gears.xml
