Use correct USB VID and PID

The current USB VID:PID is 1207:8887. We've registered a new VID/PID for Castor at pid.codes. See: https://pid.codes/1209/8885/.

• Change VID/PID to 1209:8885.
• Update udev rules.

This will break our client apps. See tkey-client tillitis/tkeyclient#19

The udev rules are a little spread out. There are some in tkey-ssh-agent, for instance. We'll have to identify where they all are.
