Add TileMill to the AUR (Please!)

I am asking anyone with packaging to add TileMill to the Arch User Repository. This would help me and many other Arch-Based Users.

Luke, if someone can specify what needs to be done, I can help with any Github structuring, etc. But I'm not familiar with the Arch User Repo.
