key repeat causing notes to retrigger #2651

NixOS unstable as of 2025-08-06
KDE Plasma 6.4.4
Not exactly sure what could be causing it because it was behaving as normal yesterday and i haven't made any configuration changes between then and now. As far as I remember in edit mode it did behave like this before but in the instrument editor or if editing was off then it would just hold the note.
Turning off key repeat in KDE does stop this but it has been on since first installing it more than a year ago and I've never had anything like this happen.
