AMD is a toggle for AM, making it deeper
Same goes for OPL, except AM depth is global
FMD -- I assume you are talking about DVB -- has same effect as AMD, that
is making vibrato deeper. Which OPL has but again, as a global thing
affecting all channels

here's a quick tip on how to remember it.
Just remember
Amplitude Modulation Depth of the output wave. (hence tremolo depth)
F...... M....... Depth of the output wave.(hence vibrato depth)
easy enough to remember, right?
