This is a really simple one that can literally be added in 5 minutes or you can create something new. The SEGA Pico uses the same sound chip as the master system with the addition of a NEC μPD7759, a ADPCM sound chip that i have managed to find documentation for here. You could also take the easy way out and have a Generic PCM DAC with 8 bit depth audio and an output rate of 32,026.
