To be more clear...
here's where 'taking'(perhaps Auto-Converting to DEC) numbers in hex could make more sense.

(yeah........I know instrument window could be toggled to HEX only.)

It's saves time to do the calculation in mind..........or Windows Cal....

if the input could take the hex numbers and auto convert them to dec.
