Is furnace able to make user chips (not systems!!!)

Hello tidearrow and contributions, I'm brother of dmitry13132.That the good idea to make user chips in furnace, I already have idea of my dream chip seies named Polaris!

No.
If you want to make a custom chip yourself, you would need to make a fork, program it from scratch and implement it manually. At that point you can send a pull request and then it's up to the contributors to merge it if they want to
