RAM - Swapping feature for other chips

This would be helpful for full quality sampled synths or vocals on chips like the RF5C and SPC700.

I have an idea close to this:

1. Split sample into 16 sample chunks.
2. Load 2 chunks to RAM, the current one, and the next one.
3. When the current one finishes playing, play the next one and load the next after the next and unload the previous one.
4. Repeat from step 2.
