Lower the size of the characters, so they're of the same height of that equivalent CAPTIALIZED latin characters.

Here's how it usually be. the height should be the same, might be a bit bigger, than a CAP.latin characters.

This appears to be a font mixing use issue.

It's using IBM plex font with GNU Uni font.
Each font needs a different 'zoom'? multiplier, with IBM's font being smaller.

Changing Fonts to GNU Unifont only, fixes the issue.
