There is already an oscilloscope in Furnace. The other things aren't, but there is at least one of these things.

Yeah, but what I mean is to add a Window with all these bundled. And current oscilloscope is little basic.

Well then, for now, you're out of luck. There is at least a per-channel oscilloscope, but anything else isn't implemented.
