Add Udmurt Language Support #5

Hello! Currently, TikTokSans lacks support for the Udmurt language, which requires the following additional Cyrillic characters:
- Uppercase: Ӝ, Ӟ, Ӵ, Ӥ
- Lowercase: ӝ, ӟ, ӵ, ӥ
