Intermediate layers outside of design space

There are some intermediate layers at wdth=150. Why? They also do not match the expected width of that axis location (see background).

Looks like we forgot to update the Glyphs file. Ext masters should have a width of 150, not 125, to match the designspace file. Correcting it and the layer can re-interpolate to almost the same outline.

The final font build still works as intended right now since axis values are reassigned. Marking this for cleanup later.
