Github.io loading demo site, not my content

Any idea why my static site is not being properly generated? It looks great locally, but not on github.io

It appears a github.io workflow is not supported with this Hugo theme?

And, make sure to set baseURL in ./config/production/config.toml to the URL of your Doks website in production.

Thanks, I was able to setup at Netlify with a free account. I'll try the github.io.

Trying to understand the benefit of Netlify. Is Netlify better than github.io when it comes to SEO?

I'm trying to move back go github.io,

After updating to latest, I'm getting this error on github actions, when trying to deploy GitHub Pages. I have Hugo v0.88.1 locally and it works fine, but github actions throwing this error

@FactoryOptic, try running the action with runs-on: ubuntu-20.04 + node-version: '16'.

I've updated the example repo + documentation accordingly.
