Error deploying to vercel

I have set up the following file:

If I install:

npm install hugo-bin --save-dev

The system breaks down.

Without vercel.json, the system also does not deploy.

What could it be?

When using the Vercel for Git approach:

• Select Hugo as framework preset
• Add bun install (or similar) as install command (not sure if this is really necessary — not tested without)
• Set environment variable HUGO_VERSION to 0.145.0

That will do the trick:
