Is it time to create a release and upload a NuGet?

We've been using the driver for some time now, and I believe it's excellent right now. With the new update adding support for FW 3.1 and 4.0, I've noticed that the work needed to integrate the changes is quite a bit more than just "update NuGet" and I'm wondering why. Is there a technical reason why we can't just have a NuGet?
