How to create tilted excitation?

I want to create a port with an excitation in an arbitrary angle. Is this possible? My current approach is to superimpose three ports:

		port_nr = n_coord+1,
		R = 1e99, # Infinite resistance, i.e. vacuum.
		start = port_in_start,
		stop = (port_in_start + port_size),

but ports 'y' and 'z' always have no excitation, while port 'x' works as expected.

No lumped ports can only be in a Cartesian direction. But if it is only about the excitation you can of course use the excitation property and have much more flexibility.
