How do you get the time in ParaView?

I am looking at the .vtr files with ParaView. I want to look at the field at a specific time t. One option is to look at the simulation time step from e.g. the port_it_1 file and then compute n_frame = t/time_step. But it is cumbersome. Is there a more convenient way?
