synology docker server question

First of all, I am a beginner who can just watch and follow.

My specs are ds920+ 20GB RAM

I haven't had anything to play in the past few months, so I took the server down and stopped playing. But when I tried to play it again, it wouldn't run.
Even after looking at the log, I don't know what the problem is. I am attaching the log to find a solution.
