Hi again,

I have couple of questions related to your gene_relevance function.

1. I am not able to find in your vignette how to create a local gene relevance map for a single gene. Could you please share the code?

2. What is the exact meaning of the arrows in the differential plots? Are they indicating the direction of the increased expression? What does "PartialsNorm" stand for?
