Starter Template Options

In Discussion #887 @drbobbyduke expresses an interest in a starter template that is completely blank (rather than replacing the default content: https://github.com/thegetty/quire-starter-default). This is something we have been considering for quite some time. We would love to hear from others if this is something you would like to see? Aside from a blank starter, are there any other alternatives people see a need for?
