We're pleased to announce the addition of a new and highly anticipated Quire feature: Accordion Sections.
Collapsible accordion sections are a great way to help readers quickly access the content of an otherwise long page or to tuck away content that might be an aside from what is being said in the text.
You can create these sections anywhere in a Quire project with the
{% accordion %}
shortcode. This is a "paired" shortcode that requires an opening and closing tag surrounding the text you want to hide. The shortcode also needs to include a brief heading text that will become the link that expands and collapses the section, as in the example below.Also available is the
{% accordionGlobalControls %}
shortcode, which adds “Expand/Collapse All” links to any page with accordions. Learn more in the Accordion Sections section of our Documentation.Beta Was this translation helpful? Give feedback.
