Sorting in the relationship field

Good afternoon. Tell me, I have a relationship field in the admin panel and when you select an entry from the list, it automatically sorts the entries by key. And I need the records to be substituted in the order in which I choose. Where the sorting is specified is when selecting and not when displaying after saving.
