Description:
This phase establishes the foundational framework for the StegLab project. It involves defining the project’s scope, goals, and expected deliverables to align stakeholder expectations. Key decisions regarding the technology stack, development environment, and version control systems are made to ensure consistency and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. The team sets up the repository, enforces coding standards, and documents initial guidelines to maintain code quality and streamline collaboration.

Key Tasks:

• P1.1: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• P1.2: Select technology stack (Python, PyQt5, OpenCV, etc.)
• P1.3: Setup version control (Git/GitHub) and project repository
• P1.4: Establish development environment standards (virtualenv, dependencies)
• P1.5: Define folder structure, coding standards, and documentation conventions
