No longer working??

Hi There

I am working on trying to get this setup but i cant seem to get it to do so. It always defaults to the HA core monoprice one.

Any way to get this to work? and use yours and not the core one?

Will this allow me to connect using socket://ip? I could not before.

So i cant do sockets, can you please add that as an option. The HA default monoprice component allows it

My Monoprice amp only has a serial connection, how are you using an ip connection?

this would be a rs232 device. serial 2 ip.
Like i said, the HA monoprice component offers this option.
Example:
