Patch opens, then just quits automatically

Sorry for the delay, @oscarmorrison. Can you look in the Console app around the time that you launch the app and see if there is any info about the crash there?

I have the same issue and I got this in my console

@btrd, looks like SIP wasn't disabled on your system. Please see the OS X El Capitan, macOS Sierra Compatibility section at https://thebitguru.com/projects/itunes-patch
