Improve visual transition from vertical to radial #92
Description
This is related to Issue #89, which we solved by setting a timeout. In order to completely (100%) fix this problem, we will have to change the tnt.tree function code to set the svg height immediately to the window height, as opposed to having it set relative to the tree size as it currently is.
