0.2 Race and Hot Pursuit

0.2 Brings couple of changes

1. Managed to setup Races and Hot Pursuit - no more CAPS
2. Garage UI has new text (Still requires work, will be done in 0.3)
3. Attempted to find all "tips" during loading screen, there are still some left
4. EasyDrive is now HardDrive
5. Summary screens (after you drop out to Hideout or Command post) are fully done
6. Found and fixed issues from last release

To do in 0.3

1. Pursuit Tech explaination rework
2. Shortcut Pursuit Tech system (for example TURBO, JAM, HELI, BLOCK and so on)
3. Another try to find EVERY SINGLE tip that needs to be changed
4. Possibly implement some of your ideas

0.2 is all about Races and Hot Pursuit. This is the final version
