[Bug] Top of resource page header text boxes cut off #339

For medium-width views, the tops of resource page headers are cut off (see screenshots below).
To Reproduce:
- Navigate to:
- https://theprogrammershangout.com/resources/bot-development/bot-deployment-with-heroku.md
- https://theprogrammershangout.com/resources
- Any page with a lot of header text?
- Make page medium width
Expected Behavior:
Top margin of the header's text box to be equal to its bottom margin.

- Browser: Firefox 80.0.1 (64-bit)
