Filters Not Showing in Settings

I need to be able to filter out or block some emails that I'm receiving. I don't want them in Spam ... I just don't want them to show anywhere on my email. I see lots of discussion about Filters, but I don't see any option for that on my install. I'm using Yunohost version. Is that something that needs to be enabled in Admin? Or turned on somehow?

Do you see the filters menu inside the user settings?

I do not. That is why I was wondering if this was a setting or something that needs to be turned on?

Then you have to check your domain settings. There is a tab for SIEVE filters that has to be configured (and enabled). See https://github.com/the-djmaze/snappymail/wiki/Admin-Manual#sieve-settings

Excellent! That got filters showing for me ... however, they do not seem to work. I set a particular email address to reject and it still comes through. Is there troubleshooting to do to figure out why not working?

As far as I know all the filtering is done by your server - SnappyMail only provides the interface to setup sieve filtering...
So maybe a look into your server logs could help.
