OpenPGP cert validation with external server

Hi,
I'm trying to validate SnappyMail (under snap NextCloud environment) created OpenPGP certs with external https://keys.openpgp.org
I've uploaded public keys created in SnappyMail to openpgp but when I try to read an email signed with this key always fails to validate.
Where can I config external url cert validation for OpenPGP Snappy Mail?
