Custom Plugin Development to Manage Email Tags

Hi,

I’m exploring the idea of creating a custom plugin for SnappyMail to manage email tags, with functionality to:
1-Create new tags beside the 5 existing permanent tags (i know that already exist)
2-Update created tags
3-Delete created tags
Before diving into development, I’d like to confirm if such functionality is possible and if it is possible how can i achieve this
