Character encoding issue

I'm having trouble with a mod on the PC version. I added a "zh-CN.json" file translated from "English.json" to the "\mods\TSM Resources\Languages" directory for Simplified Chinese. However, the text appears garbled when I load the mod. I've tried importing different .ttf font files, but the text remains either garbled or blurry and unreadable. Can you please help me?
