Description
I am quite inexperienced with Linux, so I'm sure the problem is on my end, but I'm having an issue with CMake finding JACK. I'm fairly certain I haven't setup JACK properly, but I can't figure out how so. See below:

I'm running Ubuntu 18.04 on Windows Subsystem for Linux. apt list --installed | grep jack
gives me:
