macro createUI does not defind

Hi every body, i found an example macro from manual to create Asynchronous dialog, using .ui file created from QtDesigner. But the macro does not work
How to create dialog without using UniversalDialog ? Or anyway to create better dialog then universaldialog?

P/s: I want to learn QJS too, please give me some documents about it.
