teslamate Service doesn't start. Where can I have logs to understand why ?

maybe found the solution, but it seems some files are missing...

Homepage ( before being logged in) : app.css not found.
Yes, I have no app.css file, and github project seems not contain any.

Is this project still working ?

Teslamate is working fine for a number of people.

Unfortunately, there aren't enough details given to diagnose the problem. I think the app.css file being missing should not be enough to stop the bank-end running.

How are you starting teslamate? Are you using the docker instructions? https://docs.teslamate.org/docs/installation/docker/

I started installing manually from this repo but as mentionned, some files are missing ( css but js too ).
I installed using docker to compare, it works if you keep default dbname only. I customized on yml, it seems created db kept the default name. updating grafana connector to use default dbname sent a successfully connected message.

So it should be ok.

I'm still interested in repo update so I can't remove this docker layer.

Not sure if it was related but I just noticed that postgresql11 is no longer supported and I was missing data from the last few weeks and my docker wasn't starting. I bumped my postgresql version up to 17 and migrated everything across and it's working fine now.
