Adding co2 data

co2signal.com API provides access to co2 consumption data for many countries. Let's import this information into Teslamate and create dashboards for analyzing carbon intensity (gCO₂eq/kWh) of charges as well as sources of electricity.

You can find example of such information at electricitymaps.com, and TezLab is doing something similar.

Also, it would be great if it was possible to control charging process so the car is charged only when carbon intensity is low in the region. For those who charges their cars mostly at home and do not necessary need to charge every day it can make a big difference in their carbon footprint.
