Custom date formats

If you add a variables to your docker-compose.yaml for the grafana container:

• GF_DATE_FORMATS_FULL_DATE=YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm

And then on overrides for date/time columns change

• from: Datetime local (dateTimeAsLocal)
• to: Datetime default (dateTimeAsSystem)

You will get "correct" date format on the reports.

So, if you add date format to the default Dockerfile for Grafana and set it to "DD/MM/YYYY HH:mm:ss" there shouldn't be any change for users today and we can have custom format for all reports.
