Feature Request - Calculate Average and Median Charging Duration at DC Fast Chargers

Feature Request - Enhance the Charging Stats page (or add a new page) to show average and median charging durations for DC fast charging. And, ideally, add a means to filter the charges used to calculate the average and median charge durations by filtering on Location so a user could, for example, only see charges at Tesla superchargers.

Rationale - I sometimes get questions about how long it takes to charge when on road trips. It would be useful to be able to quickly determine average and median charge duration for DC fast charging. I would want a means to filter this to only locations containing "Tesla", or to only charges with a maximum rate of greater than XX kW, as I have a number of charges at 50 kW non-Tesla DC "fast" CHAdeMO chargers, and the slower charges would pollute the average and median calculations.
