date selection on costs updates

Hi there,
i was wondering to know if it's possible to update prices on geo-referenced places charging locations, filtered by data.
in ex: since electricity costs are changing really often, i'm able to precisely know how much I pay for kWh just when bills reaches home.
So, i'd love to tells teslamate to apply that price for that location just from a certain date like ''from 1st of july''. Otherwise, if that's too much complicate to integrate, i need help on write an update sql statement which would do that.
