Add charging subscription costs

Can a feature be added to put in the monthly subscription costs for a charging plan.

E.g. I pay £9.99 a month to FastNed to get a discounted rate of 35p/kWh at the moment. Ideally that £9.99 should be added to the cost of charging when looking at reports.

Maybe just an extra page to add a manual charge session with 0kWh, date and a cost - with a keyword so it’s returned with any charge sessions that match the keyword.
