Set minimal driving distance

Since I do not have an automated garage door I always have to stop and get out of my car to open the garage, I see a lot of drives with a distance of e.g. 0.01km. Thats because the handbrake is automatically activated when leaving as the driver and therefore its counted as separate drives.

I would like to have a configuration option to ignore drives under a certain distance.
I see several options for that:

1. have a configuration value to set it instance wide
2. have a fixed value (e.g 0.01) for the dashboards to ignore FROM drives WHERE distance > 0.1
3. having some sort of mechanism to don't record these drives at all

My main motivation on this is the Drive Stats Dashboard in which I would like to see more realistic values.

I wanted to see if I'm alone with this idea or how we could implement it. Would be happy to contribute something to this wonderful project!
