Autorecreate all addresses

It would be cool to have a feature to recreate all the entries in the adresses table. Would help in the following situations:

1. Import drives from other platforms => corresponding addresses could be created automatically, so it would be easier to create import tools. The feature already exists for ending a charge/drive via terminating it from command line.
2. If OpenStreetMap Data in your region get's better you can recreate all adresses automatically.

Meanwhile I added all the starts of drives in the drives table and created a textfile to fix all drives, like described in https://docs.teslamate.org/docs/maintenance/manually_fixing_data. Worked fine.
