[BUG] Presents do not drop contents on dedicated server

Describe the bug
This seems similar to #69 but exclusively doesn't work on a dedicated server(which is where you'd actually want to give your friends presents!).

It works in single player without problems when I test it there. Another discrepancy I'm noticing(maybe related to the problem?) is that in single player(where it works), using the placed present without opening it says "A present wrapped by [insert mc username here]! (Sneak-Use to open)". On the server, it instead says "A present wrapped by ???! (Sneak-Use to open)"

To Reproduce

1. Create present on dedicated server environment
2. Pack present with any item(s)
3. Place present down
4. Use without sneaking to verify who created the present is ??? instead of your username
5. Sneak-use present to open it
6. Watch as no items come out; it just fizzles

As far as I can tell, extra wrapping decorations like dyes or flowers don't affect this at all - not including anything at all makes it happen just as well as if you'd added something to decorate it

Expected behavior
For the packed items to pop out of the present instead of disappearing
