Add option to publish new versions of all lists in a series

As a Registry Maintainer, I want to have the option to publish new versions of all lists in a series in one go.

Include a button at the top of a list series to publish new versions of all lists.

Considered alternatives

Separate publication of each list in the series.

Additional context

Sometimes geographic coordinates or other attributes are corrected, which may apply to all lists in a series. Instead of having to go through each list in the series and manually clicking on Publish New Version, having a button at the top to publish new versions for all lists in the series would be helpful.
