Description

In FsCloud module, add the following preconfigured flows

1. WP -> AppConfig flow
2. AppConfig -> each service from the list at https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/app-configuration?topic=app-configuration-ac-configuration-aggregator#ac-list-of-services-configaggregator
