[dev-rag] Update stack definition to ensure admin password is stored in secrets manager #50
Description
After terraform-ibm-modules/terraform-ibm-icd-elasticsearch#295 is merged, we need to update the stack to use the feature where it will store the admin password in secrets manager.
We will want to output the secret ID of the secret that got created
