Responses are not checked for RSP status 500 #6

Describe the bug
Receiving server answers RelpFrameAccess{txn=3, command=rsp, payloadLength=45, payload=500 EXCEPTION WHILE PROCESSING SYSLOG PAYLOAD, endOfTransfer= } but cfe_35 accepts it as sent and doesn't try to resend it
Expected behavior
Gets resent
How to reproduce
Make receiving server answer non-200 rsp
