data_generation_test.py currently gives a warning

  [path]/quimb/experimental/operatorbuilder.py:956: ComplexWarning: Casting complex values to real discards the imaginary part
    Wts[rega][raila, railb, :, :] = mat

See may be resolved by adding complex dtype to matrix (see this post)
