Implementation Example with Telegraf bot package?

Hi 

I would love to use this package in a bot I am building but I'm a bit unsure of how to integrate the questions/response handling into my project. I'm using the standard telegraf-js node package so if you have any examples or you could link me to a project you have seen using this module I'd love to take a look!
